Infinity competition winners
Thanks to all remixers for entering our competition. Goro & Dephzac – Infinity original has been listened to 2650+ on our Soundcloud. Samplepack was downloaded 974×. 28 remixes entered the competition, remixers from the UK, USA, Canada, Japan, Australia, Colombia, France, Germany, Portugal, Ukraine, Switzerland, Slovakia, Italy, Czech Republic, Hungary.
We chose winners judged on creativity, quality, originality and sound of the remix recordings.
Winners are:
1st place: Dosage remix
2nd place: Ketz & Wreckage Machinery remix
3rd place: Braincrack remix
1st place: Dosage remix
Dosage (aka Paistyboy) are young dubstep producers from Watford, UK. Their remix of Infinity is the best remix in our opinion. Paistyboy made a fresh and original dubstep remix with a decent sonic quality.
2nd place: Ketz & Wreckage Machinery remix
Ketz is from Essex, UK and Wreckage Machinery is a young producer from Vienna, Austria. They made a neurofunk remix, 2nd place in our competition and the best dnb remix in our opinion. It still keeps an idea of the original track, there are added fresh arrangements, a great intro and overall the track is updated to a new level.
3rd place: Braincrack remix
Braincrack is up-and-coming producer from Budapest, Hungary. He submitted a phat neurofunk rolling remix which we think is enough for a nice 3rd place.
All winning remixes will be on upcoming Infinity remixes digital release, out on Esprit Records later in 2010, and will be sold on Itunes, Emusic, Juno Download etc.
Once again we thank all remixers for entering our first remixing competition, it was a pleasure for us and hopefully for you too.
